You can count on me to be your beach buddy. I hope you are doing well. I started SBD June 9 but for now i went back to phase 1. I was doing really well until one day, without any cravings looming, i just wanted a slice of pizza. So i ate one, then another one. It was really good. But i bounced back fairly well but to help me get back on track i went back to phase 1 and i joined the summer challenge. I never joined a weight loss challenge. I figure it would be a good motivational tactic.
