I am now officially lost.  Since becomming a phase 2 member I have not lost a pound and I have gained one pound. This is so disheartening.  I am not eating anything different than I did in phase 1 except adding a fruit or two a day and whole wheat products a couple of times a week.

You have to take it slow on this phase. Just add 1 grain or starch an 1 fruit. After a few days you can add increase. I took a entire week b4 I added my second fruit and grain. Exercise also helps.

Maybe you need to list what you are eating so someone can help you see where you are going wrong. I have read that you have to eat to lose, so maybe you are not eating enought. good luck

Maybe you are gluten sensitive. When I've added grains in the past they have stalled me - very frustrating. I also agree that adding 1 add a tine is best. Try eating/adding gluten free products. If you try, let us here know how it went. All the best, stay strong! Karen
