I am recommitting to SBD and am looking forward to getting back on the beach. Autumn has always been a good time of the year for me to lose weight and I'm ready. I feel fairly good about keeping off the weight I lost last year but lately I have noticed that I am eating too many refined carbs & sugars. The Fall Walking Challenge will help be kick start my newfound commitment to myself and life on the beach. My goal for the first week of the challenge is to get out and walk three times. I will reassess and increase my goals each week during this challenge.
