You will love adding this as you strive for a healthier lifestyle.   I was a poser exerciser a year ago but now really look forward to a walk or some pilates.   Fall is a great time to walk.  Feel free to join us over on the E&F boards.  There is an exercise strand and walking strand that is new each month but don't forget to post here to when Admin posts each week.  Walk on.

I'm new also to South Beach. Have tried many other plans only to fail. You are so right about motivation. I started the food portion of SB last week and added exercise this week. The walking challenge seems just right...something I can do anywhere, anytime. Best wishes to you on this, the first day of the rest of your life!
