Way to Go, Dixie!!
I'm weighing in today at 205, a half-pound loss from last week and 23 lbs lost since the beginning of the Challenge.
Had hoped for more, but I've had 2 weeks in a row with 2 or more lbs lost, so not disappointed with 1/2 a lb. Especially since my kids and grandkids were visiting this weekend and I wasn't eating strictly Phase 2 or doing any walking.
Right back on it this morning, though. I will cross that 200 lb barrier soon!!

Can't remember if I got my weigh in posted or not cuz the site wouldn't let me post.
But holding the same weight, which is a phenomenon since I've been sliding around on that slippery slope.

Hi Richard,
I have been MIA the last couple of weeks because of work. I have also been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis and have been unable to do any walking. I went from at least 2miles a day to none. Because exercise and walking have been too painful to do I am up 3lbs to 199. I am going to get back on the track on Monday and will have to take it slow and easy at first but I AM going to get back on schedule and get myself healthy again!
Thanks, I have missed these meetings, glad to be back!!

Finally down 1.5 to 163.5--- not much walking this week but have been faithful to 2x a week at the gym for an aerobic and yoga class
Well, I thought i would continue loosing -- but this week has proven me wrong. I went up 1/2 pound to 135. I have been working out with my regular routine -- I need to up the tempo to keep going. I hope next week I will be back on track!
