well i finally loved my scale this morning, lol..  after three weeks of being at the same weight the monster was kind to me.  lost 3 lbs.  beginning weight for the challenge 171, and weight this morning 151 for a total of 20 pounds lost so far..  i do believe i finally got my act together here and nothing is getting in my way  : )

very hectic work schedule for the past two weeks, so couldnt get on here last week to post my weight.  it stayed the same anyways, lol..  doing great here, and now i can get back to my regular routine.  looking forward to finally being able to attend the meeting at noon today.  Good luck to everyone on their weigh-ins today..........

Hello everyone.  I am now checking in at 288, a loss of 2lbs.  Also I am very excited to be getting out of my Truck, and coming off of the road.  A very good friend of mine owns a landscaping company and I am going to work for him.  It will be a nice change after 2 years away from home 5-6 days a week to stop living out of my travel bag and live out of my house for once.  I am also very excited to be working outside and get off of my butt for like 14 hours a day, and get on my feet.

This is my first time weighing since Feb 22nd where I didn't lose any weight at 163, I was on vacation and then sick so this is my first day officially back.  I am reporting a 3lb gain to 166 due to my inability to eat SBD friendly on the cruise.  I tried but gave up, it was hard without labels and they didn't have much Whole Wheat but I didn't give up making healthier choies or portion control.  I had planned on gaining 2lbs so overall I am happy where it ended up.

Goals for this week:  Get back to exercise as soon as I can breathe again!

I am back on track -- lost 1 pound -- 194 down to 193.  I have not been eating as well I should this week, but I have picked up the exercise a bit.  Hopefully, I will keep improving.

Missed today's meeting, will have to catch Friday's.

Weighing in at 203.5, another 1.5 lbs lost since last week and 24.5 since Jan 4th (if I'd known I was that close to the 25 lb loss mark, I'd have worked a little harder!  lol)

Bought one of those fancy schmancy scales that measure body fat, BMI, etc.  Still not able to wrap my mind around how it's able to measure all of that, but it weighed me the same as my old one and the BMI that it gave me was within .1 of what my ticker figures, so it seems to be fairly accurate.  We won't discuss the body fat percentage until the number is something I can write without having to use scientific notation!!  But I feel I'm doing well, the weather here is warming up so I can walk outside now.  I'm Happy!

I tried to weigh in on Monday but it wouldn't let me reply.  Couldn't join in the monday discussions either.  boo hiss!

Instead I have to weigh in AFTER ST. Patty's day and I am up 2 pounds....I'm blaming the colcannon and the salt in the corned beef. couldn't possibly have been the guinness.

here I am at 180 but I'm kicking it up.

Hi Richard,
Pretty discouraged here.  I worked really hard this week - spent a lot of time at the gym and skiing.  Concentrated on drinking more water, too.  I was very surprised to find out that my weight had gone up over 2 pounds this week to 155.6.  November was the last time my weight was over 155.
I realize I have been careless about snacks; more in portion than in type.  Portion size has always been my stumbling block.  With the extra exercise I am really hungry.  I am not unhappy with my appearance, this week one of my dear friends did not recognize me at the gym from the back. My skinny jeans fit great; but I am concerned about the weight gain and see it as a slippery slope.  I would not be as concerned if I knew I really blew it this week, but I truly did not.

I am glad to report that I am back on track and have lost the 1/2 pound that I gained last week.  I am also noticing a difference in how my clothes are fitting -- expecially around the waist.  So, I am reporting in this week at 134.5.

Well weighing in at 198.  It's been a tough couple of weeks with my injury but am determined more than ever to get back on track.

I've been home for a visit and enjoyed lots of non-SBD foods. Consequences are a weight gain. No surprises there... 213 (96.5).
