I lost 3 lbs this week (need to update my ticker) but am at 163 which is where I started on Feb 22nd before cruise and sickness.  Yay!  Now onto the 20lb milestone.

Finally feel like I can exercise again, goal 3 times this week for at least 30 minutes.

Good Morning Richard,

Weighing in at 202 this morning.  Another 1.5 lbs lost since last week, and 26 for the Challenge.

Went thru my closet during spring break and boxed up all the clothes that were falling off of me.  Found some pants that I was able to fit into again -- if they're not so old that the material has rotted   lol!

I'm getting a little impatient.  I keep telling myself that I'm losing at a good rate, but I'm anxious to get on the other side of that 200 lb mark.  Seems like it's taking forever!!

Hi Richard,
Lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 12.  It's becoming more a way of life than a diet.  With all the processed foods gone from the house, its far easier.  Still have trouble away from home, but will continue to work on that part.  Walking 4-5 days a week from 1 to 2 miles.  Know that is very much a part of this whole plan

Finally -- down from 194 to 190.5! Still stressful to get on the scale, but seeing it down feels so good!!

Hi Richard,
Tried to post earlier - don't know if I didn't finish or what, but this has happened before.  Thought I posted, then later found out it didn't go.

Anyway, I am happy to report my recent weight stall & gain has started to move like a frozen Alaska river in April - I am now at 149.4.  Whew!

I was almost going to be able to report 1.5 pounds lost this week -- (That was when I weighed on Wednesday morning) -- but it wasn't my normal day to weigh -- so I waited until today and can only report 1 pound lost this week.  That's okay though.  That means that that extra 1/2 pound is right around the corner.  Next week I'm going to report it gone too!!!!  I really don't want to rush weight loss.  I am very comfortable at 1/2 pound to 1 pound a week.  So, I am still proud to report a weight loss this week.  Now weighing in at 133.5

Will weigh in tomorow as I just (like 3 hours ago) got home from a cruise.  Tons of food-- did my best so will see what tomorrow brings!  BUT this IS a lifestyle so whatever the scale says I'll keep on keeping on and jump right back into my beach chair!  I did keep up my at least 2 mile walking every day and some days more so I know that will be helpful!!!

weighed in on Sat. am--up 1.8 lbs after a cruise--feel pretty good so weigh in was 165

Well, I am up to 198 but I have lost a total of 3.5 inches, 1 inch off my waist so I am pleased with that.  I need to work a little harder at staying consistant with my eating.  I don't really have a set schedule and that doesn't help.  Something to strive for.

I'm never sure if I posted or not as I've had such trouble posting.  I'm stuck at the same as last week. (My own fault)

Hey Jess here....the scale just does not want to move!  I remain at 142 lbs....I am really wondering if I am gaining muscle and if this is causing the stall?  I am down 1/2 inch in my waist.  I feel great, tons of energy, been trying new SB recipes, ect.  How I feel and knowing I am doing the right thing is what is important!
