Boo hoo hoo....

(Just kidding)  I thought I might be able to get out of the 200s as of today, but the scale this morning said exactly 200.0.  Tried 3 different times and leaned every different way I could to make it drop one more .1 of a pound, but it just wouldn't do it.  (apparently, it's a very accurate scale!)

I really can't complain though.  That's still 2 lbs down from last week and 28 for the Challenge.  I think I had posted earlier that I had been able to get into an old pair of jeans that were a smaller size, but couldn't get them buttoned or zipped.  Well, last Friday, I wore them to work (buttoned and zipped!!)

Reached my goal of walking 75 miles this month -- with a few days to spare.  So I feel that, even if Mr. Scale wants to stay in the 200s, I'm still doing pretty well.

Don't know where we got the idea it was only for 12 weeks.........I was up 2lbs.  first gain in awhile.  Down some inches with all the walking so figure it will show up gone next week.
Other than that it's been a great challenge so far.

Hi Richard,
150.2 this week - up about 1/2 pound, but gain is insignificant.  Expect it will take my body a couple more weeks to adjust to this weight before I start to lose again.  Keeping up the exercise.  Am wearing smaller sized clothes to work today, which is a big confidence-booster

Sorry to say I gained 1/2 pound this last week. I'm weighing in at 134.5.  But, the good news is I did a full body measurement and I have lost about 1 inch in the waist, upper hip, lower hip, upper thigh and mid-thigh.  That's a WOW!!!

I was only down .5 pound from 190.5 to 190.  I've been exercising more, but haven't been as strict on my carbs this week.  Need to buckle down -- getting better on portion sizes though.
