I can't seem to get things right with my chart but I'm happy to report that I've lost the weight I gained during the holidays. 209 (94.9) this am, which is earlier than most people's (I actually weighed myself 8 hours ago!).

Today's weight is 227.  While it appears that I lost .5 pounds, I actually gained during the week (2 pounds) and then managed to get it off over the weekend!

I'd like to add that I exercised twice this week for 25 minutes each time on my Elliptical Machine. My goal for this week is to get back to 3 times for sure and possibly 4 times at 25 minutes each time.

 End of week 2 and an 8 pound loss. But even better my tight work pants don't feel so tight! Hooray!

Hello all.  OK I did not get a chance to weigh in last week so this is a two week total so I am not sure how much was lost each week.  And for the reults.  I started at 314LBS and I am now at 301.5LBS so I am pretty happy with that.  I rode my cycling trainer for a total of 5.5 hours last week.  So that is 13.5LBS  I will see you in about an hours at the Monday meeting.

Weighing-in for Week 3: 

Start weight:  228     Current weight:  215

Pounds lost during Phase 1:  13

Ready to start Phase 2 today.  Haven't been walking as much as I had planned, but that's where my focus will be this week, now that I seem to have gotten the eating under control.

Finally got my "before" picture posted on the initial weigh-in board, but had to put it in a separate post.  Hope you all can find it.

Weighed in on Fri-- but can't come  on 1/28 so will join you guys today and weigh on Fri.-- my exercise has been good-- my walking always good but have added aerobic class and yoga class at the gym!!

Downn 6 pounds this week thanks to exercising.  I really need the exercising.  I have 14 pounds to my goal.  I hope I can acheive it by June.  I am going to stay on phase 1 for 1  more week and then try phase 2 again.  Adding the fruits really increase my cravings so I need to be careful.

Just started the challenge yesterday but today's weigh-in showed a loss of 0.2 lbs. Yippee!
Will post starting photo today, I need to wade through my pics and find one that is recent and fairly full length. :)

I weighed in on Friday evenings, am at 189# which is 9# down from 1/1/10!  All is going pretty well started phase 2 on Saturday the 16th, being very careful with the breads though as are my trigger.
