Weighing-in for Week 3:

Pounds lost during Phase 1: 13
Ready to start Phase 2 today. Haven't been walking as much as I had planned, but that's where my focus will be this week, now that I seem to have gotten the eating under control.
Finally got my "before" picture posted on the initial weigh-in board, but had to put it in a separate post. Hope you all can find it.

I weighed in on Friday evenings, am at 189# which is 9# down from 1/1/10! All is going pretty well started phase 2 on Saturday the 16th, being very careful with the breads though as are my trigger.
