Lost 2lbs this week, down to 170.
Went from Obese on my WII Fit (weighs lower than my scale) to Overweight. JOY!!!
Did not reach exercise goals, have new strategy for this week in getting up early and exercising before work as I was finding I was tired and apt to not do it if I got home past 6 pm.
After 1st week on Phase 2, weighing-in at 214, a loss of 1 lb from last week. Was doing OK with adding starches and fruit back in. Friday and Saturday, I added a 2nd starch. Still no cravings, but today's weight was up a lb from my mid-week weigh-in. Will have to monitor carefully to see if it's just normal flucuation or if the extra starch is causing it.
Walked 20 miles last week instead of the 4 or 5 per week I had been getting. Feels great.
I've always weighed in on Mondays but I can't attend the meeting until Friday. I'm sticking to my routine. I stayed the same -163 lbs.
I'm not too upset about it. I had a really late night snack after the SAINTS GAME (yea!) and I think that's why I'm the same. Early Sunday morning, I had a 3 lbs loss, but it changed on Monday morning-so..........officially no gain, no loss.
