This was not a good week - not from the food perspective - I think I did OK.  However, I had a lot of stress this week and not much exercise either.  The combination resulted in a weigh-in of 228.5 pounds - up from last week.

Starting week 4 the same as last week.... 160.5   BMI = 30.3

Switched over to Phase 2 and started using Stevia for sweetner instead of Splenda.  A loss of  2.5 pounds for the week.

Lost 2lbs this week, down to 170.

Went from Obese on my WII Fit (weighs lower than my scale) to Overweight.  JOY!!!

Did not reach exercise goals, have new strategy for this week in getting up early and exercising before work as I was finding I was tired and apt to not do it if I got home past 6 pm.

I'm in at 190. not sure what's up. May be sodium. I usually like to WI on Tuesdays because I'm more structured during the week. But whatever. So 190 it is. Will post my weight tomorrow on the weight tracker.

Checking in - I am at 227 (- 8) just moved to Phase II so up and down right now. Lost 2 inches off my waist though and overall losing inches.

Hello, so far after 2 weeks, I lost 5 lbs. I am now on phase 2 and I have been working out every day. I did take my measurements but I will only take them again in a couple of week.

OK and the totals are in and the results are----- 298lbs   down from 204.5 last week  so 6.5lb s this week,   I did only 3.5 hours of training vs. 4.5 the week before but the intensity was a little higher.  A friend of mine who is a professional bicycle racer is using me as a guinnea pig for his consulting and coaching service he also runs.  So far I am right where he thinks I should be and I am feeling much better, also reached one of my baby step goals of being back in the 200's  barely but I am in .  Well best of luck to everyone, also my fiance has lost 8 lbs in the last two weeks on diet only, she has a fractured bone in her lower leg and can not work out.   Have a good week and keep your chins up because one day soon they will only be a chin.    Later   SFC

forgot to add on my ck in - although my weight is up and down in my first week of Phase II - I have lost 3 inches off of my waist since starting SB. That is even more encouraging than the scale right now!

After 1st week on Phase 2, weighing-in at 214, a loss of 1 lb from last week.  Was doing OK with adding starches and fruit back in.  Friday and Saturday, I added a 2nd starch.  Still no cravings, but today's weight was up a lb from my mid-week weigh-in.  Will have to monitor carefully to see if it's just normal flucuation or if the extra starch is causing it.

Walked 20 miles last week instead of the 4 or 5 per week I had been getting.  Feels great.

Hi Shawn,   I was exactly the same as last week  276.  I had a sliver of pie out last tues and that set up the cravings again.  Had  some snacks that are allowed, but too many of them.  I'm thrilled there is nothing in the house that isn't SB friendly  or could have gained.

weighed in tonite and lost 1 lb, for a total of 10 lbs since beginning the challenge.. last week was my first week on phase 2, so seeing a loss after adding in one starch and one fruit, is great.  ive been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and following the plan to the letter.  i feel great.  : )

I've always weighed in on Mondays but I can't attend the meeting until Friday. I'm sticking to my routine. I stayed the same -163 lbs.

I'm not too upset about it. I had a really late night snack after the SAINTS GAME (yea!)  and I think that's why I'm the same. Early Sunday morning, I had a 3 lbs loss, but it changed on Monday morning-so..........officially no gain, no loss.

gain 2.6 #

Ugh--I had a stress eating day on Saturday--it wasn't pretty.  but I ate well today and went to the gym.  But I still not drinking enough water...it's 5:45pm and I've only had 2 glasses of WATER.
