Positives: Definitely working exercise in my weekly routine. Even started running.
doing great here, with going to the gym and watching what enters this mouth : )
Working at keeping my daily activity steps over 5000, not counting the aerobic steps with walking for exercise.
Ok. Well, that one went thru -- I'll try again.
Since it's the first of the month, this is a weigh-in and measurement post.
For the month of February, I lost 8.5 lbs, from 214 to 205.5. I also lost 3 inches, 1 inch from both my waist and hips and 1/2 inch from both my arm and thigh. However, the inch from my waist or hips must have moved north -- I gained back an inch in my bust (I'm not complaining) so overall it was a 2 inch loss for the month.
So since the Challenge began, I've lost a total of 22.5 lbs and 8.5 inches. My size 20 pants that were very snug at Christmas are now quite loose. I tried on an old pair of size 18 jeans -- I got them on easily but can't quite get them buttoned. Guess I'll need to focus on toning up those abs.
Thanks for all the advice and support I've received from everyone -- couldn't have gotten this far without it!
Ooops...
So excited about the post going thru, I forgot to include my loss for this week.
Down 2 lbs -- 207.5 to 205.5!
Closing in on crossing that 200 lb mark. Yeah!!!
Weighing in at 162 (still... for the 3rd week.. ugh). Seem to have hit a large plateau and can't get past it!
Oh well, still on the beach, trying hard to get that last 15 pounds off!
There's always next week!

Happy to report: 134.5.
Hey Nightangel....Congratulations on being named Member of the Month on the General Support threads! You not only deserve it, you are an inspiration to many of us. It is nice to see your diligance and hard work has been recognized. (although I bet a lot of people fail to recognize you now...)
I stayed the same at 159. Not a bad thing. I'm happy as long as I don't gain!
