Weekly assignments?
Are there weekly assignments? If so, where can I find them?

No weekly assignments -- just a weekly weigh in thread, and the "live" posting threads (either Monday at noon or Friday at 3 -- eastern time). Teresa Lynn hosted Monday's "live" thread with Nutritionist Maureen as special guest, and I will host a similar thread on Friday - again with Nutritionist Maureen as special guest.
It's a different format from the past, but an interesting one, I think.
