When you yourself on the biggest challenge!
Hello All,
Got weighed today and lost a total of 9 lbs since I joined in January. Lost 8 the first two weeks and then everything went haywire. My brother and his wife just left after almost a week of visiting and we even ate at Cheesecake Factory and I ate my own Cheesecake. I gained two lbs, did exercise like crazy - in fact, hurt my knee somehow - boo hoo, but I couldn't wait to get back to SB. Yes, it is difficult to change bad habits, but I was so looking forward to the good health I feel when I am eating right. I want to thank all of you, especially Theresa and Beach Van for all their answers and help.
There is something about a challenge that most of us don't want to give into -so here I am again and I know there will be dips and turns in my road ahead, but in the end I will be a success. I am wishing the same for all of us.
