Changing my member name
Many of you will find yourselves with a member name like "Member 23454231363" that shows up when you post. This is your Alias. How do you change this? Click Profile on the upper right corner of your screen, below the South Beach Diet™ logo, and then you'll be taken to the Profile page. Here, you can change your Alias. Your Alias will show up on your journal and Message Board posts.
