How do I post?
To post a message in an established thread, click the "Reply" link that appears at the bottom of every post. When you have finished creating your message, click the "Post" button. Your message will be added to the end of the thread. Sometimes, there is a slight delay between the time you click the "Post" button and the time your post appears online.
To begin a new thread, from the main Message Board window, click "Post New." From there you can use the drop down menus to select a folder where your new thread will display. Some examples of folders include "Success Stories," "Fast Food," and "Exercise Clubs."
