Sometimes it appears that your new posts and replies to others disappear into the ether. Fortunately, this is not the case. There are a couple of ways to find posts that you've written, or are interested in.

Click the plus sign to expand a folder

Automatically, the system marks threads you've posted to as "high interest." When you look at a list of threads, your account shows you which threads are "high interest" to you by showing a thumbs-up icon next to the post.

To see just the threads you've marked as high interest, go to Show Discussions and select "of High Interest." This should help you find you your posts on high traffic boards, like Ask the Nutritionist!
