To make following The South Beach Diet™ as easy as possible, our nutritionists have put together meal plans for every Phase. You'll see yours on the home page when you log in. Under the header Today's Menu you'll find a complete list of suggested meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and two snacks. If you click on the View This Week link, you can review recipes for the entire week.
You have the option of swapping meals that don't interest you. For instance, perhaps you're not in the mood for mushroom scrambled tofu on Monday. No problem. Just use the Change This Meal function to select from a list of other breakfast options.
When you're happy with your week's meals, you can then generate an automatic shopping list by heading to the Shopping List area under Meal Plan in the left toolbar. With a few mouse clicks, you'll have a handy, printable list that you can tuck in your pocket and take to the grocery store.
