Here are 10 items you should always have in the house:

  2. Fat-free or part-skim Ricotta cheese
  3. Tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
  4. Plain, nonfat or low-fat yogurt
  5. Turkey bacon and lean deli meat
  6. No-sugar-added Fudgsicles®
  7. Extra-virgin olive oil
