A frothy and refreshing yogurt drink, lassi hails from India, where it is often made with fruits such as mangos or strawberries. Try it as a satisfying morning or afternoon snack. A pinch of ground cardamon adds a uniquely sweet and pungent flavor. (Phase 2)
In a blender, combine mangos or strawberries, yogurt, water, sugar substitute, and cardamom, if using; purée until smooth. Fill 4 (8-ounce) glasses with ice cubes. Pour Mango Lassi over ice and serve.
